We are an ecommerce logistics and fulfillment partner for small sellers on Amazon, ebay, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms (Wal-Mart to be added in 2022).
We are small business owners and Amazon FBA sellers ourselves, so we understand your challenges as a small online seller.
We started this business to help others solve the same problems we and our associates were experiencing with Amazon FBA as Amazon rules and transportation and logistics options all started changing during COVID lockdowns.
We currently support customers in the United States and Canada.
Who’s Sam?
Seller Services by Sam & Co. was launched in 2020 as a response to new Amazon seller challenges created by COVID. Co-Founders Kimberly & Samantha Friddle were inspired listening to the challenges of a friend and decided to launch a new business to help small sellers struggling with marketplace changes with Amazon logistics and fulfillment.
When it comes to staffing, we are committed to doing all we can to employ hard-working, dedicated individuals with learning differences and other disabilities (like Sam) who are capable of doing great work and holding responsible jobs.
Kimberly
In charge of planning and strategy, Kimberly has 25+ years of marketing and business operations experience across a variety of industries. Her passion is helping small businesses grow and she hates an unsolved problem more than anything else. Except cockroaches. Our warehouses don’t have them.
Samantha
The inspiration for Sam & Co., Samantha is responsible for handling your inventory. She and her team personally process returns, kit products, affix FNSKU stickers and manage, organize and ship your inventory.
